Individual Training

Each training session will be designed to fit the needs of each individual. 

Training will develop and improve each player's physical, psychological, technical, and tactical understanding of the game.

Individuals may also choose to work on specific facets of the game (for example, technical skills (such as passing, receiving, dribbling), free kicks, positional training, self-confidence).

60-minute training session

NOTE: Player/Parent/Coach must provide a training field, at a mutually agreed on location.

Group Training
(Small group --- up to five players)

Three 60-minute training sessions

NOTE: Player/Parent/Coach must provide a training field, at a mutually agreed on location.
